14-Day Easy Returns
At Carpiem, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive continuously to offer products of the highest possible quality, hoping that you will fall in love with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free 14-day return policy so you can shop with confidence knowing that returns are easy and straightforward. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 14 days from the date of delivery.

Requirements
If you wish to return a product, please send a return/exchange request to carpiemofficial@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Evidence photos/videos of the issue/defect
Return Conditions
- The product must have all original tags attached.
- The product must be unworn.
- The product should not have any smells, perfume, or cosmetics on it.
- The product should be in reusable condition.
Exchange & Return Fees
Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees in the following cases:
- If the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product.
- If the customer did not carefully read the product description and ordered the wrong product.
- If the customer changed their mind.
- However, if the order is canceled before shipping, it can be refunded without a restocking fee.
Refunds
A tracking number is required when returning your order. Without it, the return service for your order will be discontinued.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
- Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
- A tracking number is required for the return.
- Refunds will be processed after checking the product based on the Return Conditions stated in section 1.
