How long does it take for my order to arrive?

My order status says “delivered” but I haven’t received it.

Do I have to pay VAT? (Only applicable for EU customers)
Good news! Unlike traditional apparel stores, we have to worry about additional duties. The cost for VAT on shipments to the EU is covered by us, so you can receive your package without any additional VAT payment.
